Plumbago Blue

Plumbago Blue Leptotes plinius

It's amazing how many insects are around the local neighbourhood. As much as I love walking in the botanical gardens or parklands and taking photos there are times when I don't have the transport or time to get there so I just go for a wonder around the neighbourhood.

This Plumbago Blue female is laying her eggs on her laval food source and they are pale green and blend in so well that it can be hard to see. Quite the busy gal at only 2 odd centimetres tall!
